This curriculum also draws from leadership training developed by Dr. Ray Hayden from the creation story in Genesis, research from the business and psychology profession, and lived experience. Everything he teaches has come from what he has learned works. Dr. Ray has a doctorate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and has spent years studying and understanding systems, leadership and management. He is the CEO of several companies and passionate for people to learn their purpose given by God that leads to a vision for your future and serves as a map, anchor, and compass.
